Oh look! I remembered the whole Monday thing!
Okay so today I got a phone call which led me to think about, you guessed it, things that totally freak me out.
It's not a very exciting topic but I can't seem to think of anything else at the moment. Plus since my phone call, which was nearly two hours ago, I can't seem to stop thinking about it. So, here we go.
1. Spiders. Dear God, why do such creatures exist? They're hairy, have eight legs, and are sometimes poisonous. WTF? Plus they like to hang out on my ceiling, right above my bed. My cat used to kill them for me but nowadays she's almost too fat to walk to her food bowl. I try not to make my dad take care of them; I have this one pair of ugly shoes to throw at them. But seriously, stay outside. You're not welcome in my house.
2. Clowns. Childhood fear. I used to have nightmares about them every single night. Unfortunately I recently saw a picture of some famous serial killer who dressed up as a clown. *shudders* Let's not linger on the subject.
3. The Exorcist. Once my sister Susie and I accidentily saw a picture of Linda Blair in scary makeup with her head turned all the way around. We slept in the same bed that night. And I'm sad to say that we were not little seven year-olds; this happened around five months ago. We decided to watch the movie in hopes of getting used to seeing her, but it didn't help. So now I just have to hope I won't come home one day to find my sibling possessed by Captain Howdy, or, you know, Satan.
4. Flying. Like in a plane. I've never done it so I can't say much about it. I just think the thought of it is somewhat terrifying. That's what my phone call was about today. It is very possible that I may fly to Hawaii next summer. It might not happen, but if it does, I suppose I'll have to suck it up, because I wouldn't miss it for the world.
I'm a nervous person in general, so I'm afraid of a lot of things. But if you were to ask me what I'm most afraid of, I'd probably say the things I listed above.
Hopefully I can think of more interesting topics in the future. :)
See you next Monday.
Adios.
